Sessions: One session per week (55 minutes)

Best for: clients who want quick guidance and action steps

Mid-length program (3 months +) - Deep Transformation Program

Sessions: One session per week (55 minutes) or biweekly (ever other week)

Total: 6-12 sessions

Best for: clients needing habit building, accountability and gradual progress

$200 monthly payment for biweekly session

$400 monthly payment for weekly sessions

Long-term program (6 months +) - Lifestyle Mastery Program

Sessions: every 1 to 2 weeks depending on client needs (55 minutes)

Total: 12-24 sessions

Best for: deep transformation, lifestyle changes, and lasting balance

$200 monthly payment for biweekly sessions

$400 monthly payment for weekly sessions
